In September 2018, our reporter Diana travelled to Inuvik, the homeland of the Inuvialuit and Gwich'in peoples, and Tuktoyaktuk, an Inuvialuit Hamlet located on the shores of the Arctic Ocean at the tip of the Northwest Territories.
